\nThe band’s popularity also attracted the attention of the authorities, and in 2003 the band was banned, the singer spending 3.5 years in prison for lyrics alone (!)
\nSince then, they have been known as Die Lunikoff Verschw\u00f6rung for their music and cynically witty lyrics critical of the system.
